We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Leader to drive high-impact, data-led growth across Ecommerce platforms

Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Department: Performance Marketing

Education: MBA in Marketing Management

Experience: 10+ Years in Performance Marketing

Job Overview: You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving measurable growth through innovative marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.

- Help Successfully plan and execute marketing plans for new product launch

- Help Successfully plan and execute marketing plans for scale up of premium/higher AOV products in the portfolio

b. Campaign Management:

- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Jio, etc

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

c. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

d. Budget Management:

- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

- Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

e. Collaboration:

- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

- Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

f. Market Research:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

g. Optimization:

- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).

- Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
