Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Own customer acquisition metrics including ROI, CAC, and LTV with full-funnel accountability.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and drive execution end-to-end.
- Run ongoing A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with product, content, design, and analytics teams to drive performance through experimentation and data.
- Manage large-scale marketing budgets effectively, maximizing ROAS.
- Track campaign performance through dashboards and generate actionable insights.
- Lead internal team members or external agency partners to meet business targets.
- Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm updates, and competitive activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience in performance marketing, with strong exposure to high-velocity B2C businesses (edtech/fintech preferred).
- Proven ability to manage large budgets (multi-crore scale) and deliver measurable growth.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Power BI/Tableau, etc.
- Deep understanding of digital attribution, CAC/LTV modeling, and funnel metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Prior experience managing teams or agencies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification is an advantage.
