Assistant General Manager - Operational Excellence - Pharmaceuticals

We have an open requirement for Sr. Manager / AGM - Operational Excellence (OSD) with Hetero Labs Limited, based at Jadcherla, Telangana.

Position: Assistant General Manager - Operational Excellence

Business: Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: Jadcherla, Telangana

Experience: 12 - 18 years

Salary Range: 20 - 30 LPA

Preferred Qualification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt with strong pharmaceutical manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives across OSD manufacturing.

- Improve OEE, productivity, yield, capacity utilization and manufacturing cost.

- Lead Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, SMED and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives.

- Identify and eliminate shop-floor losses, bottlenecks, downtime and process inefficiencies.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Planning teams to deliver measurable improvements.

- Develop and strengthen a culture of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement across the manufacturing organization.

Candidate Profile:

- We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement within pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably with significant exposure to OSD manufacturing operations.
