Job Title: Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager (OEM Sales) - Flat Steel division - Hyderabad/Bangalore.

Role Summary: We are looking out for Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager - Sales (Flat steel) for Hyderabad and Bangalore location.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech - MECHANICAL.

Experience: Over 8 years in steel / metal sales or similar experience in OEM Sales.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to drive customer acquisition and business growth within the steel industry. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of sales experience in steel, metals, and related industrial sectors, with a strong track record of acquiring new customers, developing markets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers across assigned territories and segments.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.

- Build a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Explore new geographies, industries, and customer segments to increase market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.

- Prepare and implement territory sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer servicing.

Basic Qualifications:

- Over 8 years of sales and business development experience in the steel industry or related industrial sectors, preferably in OEM Sales.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical.
