Assistant General Manager - New Store Opening - Retail Expansion

Job Title: AGM- New Store Opening (NSO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and support new store openings from planning to execution. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring timelines are met, and supporting smooth store setup and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end new store opening activities

- Manage timelines and ensure timely execution of projects

- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors

- Support store setup including fixtures, signage, and equipment

- Ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness of stores

- Assist in improving store processes and operations

- Travel to new store locations for setup and execution

- Support store-level P&L planning and basic analysis

Key Requirements:

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Basic knowledge of retail operations

- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Willingness to travel
