Role Overview:
The Assistant General Manager - Marketing will be responsible for driving marketing strategy across hospitality properties, ensuring brand consistency, monitoring performance, enhancing online reputation, and providing strategic guidance to property marketing teams to achieve visibility, commercial growth, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives and oversee execution across multiple hospitality properties.
- Review and approve annual marketing plans, budgets, brand collaterals, and campaign calendars.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy trends and digital marketing metrics.
- Conduct regular marketing audits, benchmarking property performance and recommending improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across digital platforms and guest-facing touchpoints.
- Guide development and usage of brand assets aligned with premium positioning.
- Provide strategic consultation to property marketing teams and external agencies.
- Support adoption of traditional and digital marketing tools to drive visibility and revenue.
- Supervise online reputation and review performance across travel and rating platforms.
- Track guest sentiment, escalate service-related issues, and ensure effective communication loops.
- Benchmark review scores against competitors and recommend improvement strategies.
- Monitor social listening insights and identify trends impacting brand equity.
- Implement innovative marketing ideas through market intelligence and industry trend analysis.
- Recommend pilot initiatives to elevate group-wide marketing standards.
- Ensure strong performance marketing execution on travel aggregator platforms.
Required Skillsets:
