AGM - Luxury Sales

This role is about selling high-end luxury properties to premium and high-net-worth clients. You will be the person who finds interested buyers, understands what they are looking for, suggests suitable luxury projects, and helps them close the deal.

Your job includes:

- Finding buyers through calls, referrals, events, and networking.

- Understanding client needs and recommending the right luxury projects.

- Doing property site visits with clients and convincing them about the project.

- Building strong relationships with premium customers.

- Knowing the luxury real estate market very well-projects, prices, amenities, trends.

- Working with internal teams like marketing, presales, and legal to support closures.

- Using CRM and basic tools to track your leads and sales.
