Role Overview

- The AGM Landscape Design will be responsible for leading and managing landscape design development across premium residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and township projects.

- The role involves conceptualization, coordination with consultants, execution monitoring, sustainability integration, and ensuring high-quality landscape outcomes aligned with the companys design vision and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end landscape design development for large-scale real estate projects.

- Coordinate with international/local landscape consultants, architects, MEP, structural, and execution teams for integrated project delivery.

- Review concept designs, schematic layouts, planting plans, hardscape details, water features, lighting concepts, and material specifications.

- Ensure landscape designs align with project positioning, customer experience, sustainability goals, and budget requirements.

- Manage design approvals, authority submissions, and compliance with local regulations and environmental norms.

- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and efficient utilization of landscape materials and resources without compromising design quality.

- Monitor site execution and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.

- Evaluate vendor capabilities, landscape contractors, irrigation systems, and material selections.

- Participate in project planning meetings and provide design inputs during all project lifecycle stages.

- Ensure timely delivery of landscape packages in line with construction schedules.

- Implement sustainable landscape strategies including native planting, water conservation, irrigation optimization, and green certifications where applicable.

- Mentor junior landscape architects/design teams and support organizational design standards.
