We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investor Relations Officer to lead our communications with the investment community following our recent IPO. This role is critical in shaping the company's public image, fostering transparency, and building long-term trust with shareholders, analysts, and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Communications:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional and retail investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Craft and deliver consistent, transparent, and accurate messaging around financial performance, strategic direction, and market position.

Post-IPO Market Engagement:

-Lead quarterly earnings announcements, investor calls, and analyst briefings.

- Prepare and distribute investor-facing materials, including earnings decks, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and FAQs.

Disclosure and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and disclosure requirements (e.g., SEC filings, earnings guidance, investor updates).

- Partner with Legal and Finance to manage forward-looking statements and risk disclosures.

Investor Targeting and Market Intelligence:

- Identify and engage with potential new investors to broaden shareholder base.

- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and analyst sentiment to provide internal insights and benchmarking.

- Advise senior leadership on investor sentiment and emerging market expectations.

Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and PR teams to align external messaging with internal goals.

Skills/Experience /Qualifications

- CA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, (MBA or CFA preferred).

- 12-15 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets, preferably in a public company environment.

- Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.

- Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and executives.

- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for investors.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- Experience supporting a company through its IPO or transition to public markets.

- Existing relationships within the investor and analyst community.

- Knowledge of ESG reporting and sustainability-related investor expectations.
