Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and formulate market entry strategies.

Business Development:
- Lead B2B and B2C initiatives for product registration, licensing, and commercialization.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and government stakeholders.

Sales & Marketing:
- Deliver sales targets and profitability goals.
- Oversee product launches, branding, and marketing campaigns in line with compliance norms.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine go-to-market strategies.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to domestic regulatory requirements
- Work closely with regulatory affairs for dossier submissions, product registrations, and audits.
Operations & Supply Chain:
- Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and QA/QC teams for timely deliveries.
- Optimize logistics and distribution in line with trade regulations.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor regional sales/business development teams.
- Build a high-performance culture with accountability, collaboration, and growth focus.
