Required Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 10 years experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup. - Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes. - Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment. - Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
