Role Overview:
As the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions to drive organizational growth. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring that our internal processes and client-facing solutions remain agile and effective. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to cultivate a high-engagement work environment, manage complex employee relations, and oversee the seamless execution of HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
- Design and implement comprehensive talent management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Manage complex employee relations matters by providing expert counsel to leadership and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, directly impacting talent attraction and retention.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and alignment with organizational values, resulting in improved morale and reduced turnover.
- Spearhead leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders and enhance the management capabilities of existing teams.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale HR operations and complex organizational structures with 8 - 15 years of professional experience.
- Proven ability to design and execute strategic talent management and leadership development programs that align with long-term business goals.
- Strong analytical skills in compensation and benefits benchmarking to create reward systems that drive performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing sensitive employee relations.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
- High adaptability to a fast-paced, professional environment in Bangalore, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
