Assistant General Manager - HR Operations - Sales Dominant Business

For a greate place to work certified organisation based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a personality who is an experienced HR professional, can exert fair authority, has an adaptive personality, and can sail through the headwinds of a fast-paced, sales-dominant business environment.

An Ideal Candidate is an HR leader with proven operational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership qualities.

Six days a week with an alternate Saturday off, reporting to the business head.

Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations Leadership: Oversee HR Systems, Shared Services, Payroll, and Reporting to ensure scalable, efficient, and employee-centric operations.

- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with HR leadership and executive stakeholders to define and execute the long-term HR strategy and operational roadmap.

- HR Technology & Automation: Lead the development and execution of the HR technology roadmap, focusing on automation, system integration, and user experience improvements.

- People Analytics & Workforce Planning: Build and advance the organization's analytics capabilities, delivering insights that inform business decisions and strategic workforce planning.

- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement and process optimization through data-driven decision-making, metrics tracking, and best-practice adoption.

- Systems Optimization: Partner with IT to implement, enhance, and maintain enterprise HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), ensuring usability and scalability.

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and engagement.

- Change Management: Champion change initiatives that support business transformation and enhance the employee experience.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and collaborate across functions to align HR operations with business needs.
