Assistant General Manager - HR Business Partner - Pharma/FMCG/Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leadership and drive people strategy aligned with organisational and business objectives. The role will work closely with business leaders and functional heads to translate business requirements into effective people, talent and organisation initiatives, while ensuring strong employee engagement and execution of HR processes.

As an AGM - HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, aligning human capital initiatives with the broader business objectives of Jaca Technologies. You will operate as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into actionable HR strategies. Your day-to-day focus will involve driving organizational effectiveness, managing high-level employee relations, and ensuring that the company's talent framework supports its aggressive growth trajectory

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Personnel Management, or MBA-HR preferred.
