Assistant General Manager - HR Business Partner - Pharma/FMCG

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leadership and drive people strategy aligned with organisational and business objectives. The role will work closely with business leaders and functional heads to translate business requirements into effective people, talent and organisation initiatives, while ensuring strong employee engagement and execution of HR processes.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in Pharma - FMCG - Healthcare - Manufacturing preferred.

- Experience of partnering with large business teams and senior leadership.

- Strong exposure to talent management, employee engagement, performance management and workforce planning.

- Postgraduate qualification in HR - Personnel Management - MBA-HR preferred.
