Hiring: Assistant General Manager - HR Business Partner - Pharma

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading pharmaceutical organization and partner closely with its large-scale India Business / Sales & Commercial function.

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Industry: Pharma / Healthcare / Chemical

Education: MBA/PGDM fulltime in HR is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior business leaders on people strategy and organizational priorities.

- Drive HRBP agenda for a large-scale India business with multiple divisions and a significant field-force population.

- Partner on talent management, succession planning, performance management and leadership development.

- Drive workforce planning, organization effectiveness and manpower productivity.

- Strengthen employee engagement, retention and overall people experience.

- Act as a strategic HR advisor to Business Heads and senior leadership.

- Handle complex employee relations and people-related challenges.

- Use HR insights and people analytics to support business decisions.

- Work closely with the CHRO/HR leadership team on governance and strategic HR initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

- Strong experience in Sales / Commercial / India Business HRBP roles.

- Experience managing a large employee population (2,000+ preferred).

- Strong exposure to field-force / sales HR will be highly preferred.

- Experience partnering with Business Heads / senior commercial leaders.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Ability to challenge and influence business leaders while maintaining strong relationships.

- Exposure to multiple business units/divisions and large, complex organizations.
