
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on growth, profitability, and market leadership.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to expand the company's market presence and capabilities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team, influencing key decisions and driving organizational change.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful corporate strategies within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in strategy consulting, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in strategy development and execution, with a significant portion in the manufacturing sector.
