Take charge of delivering landmark residential and commercial projects as the execution leader responsible for timelines, quality, safety, and overall P&L. This role is designed for dynamic construction professionals who excel in leading large on-ground teams, driving value engineering, and ensuring flawless delivery of high-rise developments.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Lead complete project execution encompassing Civil, MEP, Finishing, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting works for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resources, 6-week lookahead plans, and manpower deployment charts.

- Drive coordinated execution with architects, consultants, PMC, contracts, procurement, and internal cross-functional teams.

- Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets - conduct weekly reviews, publish MIS, verify BOQs, and track Cost-to-Complete.

- Implement value engineering initiatives to improve margins and overall PnL.

- Maintain stringent quality standards, QA/QC checks, safety compliance, and site documentation as per IMS.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

- Around 12-18 years of experience in execution of large-scale real estate construction projects (high-rise preferred).

- Strong technical expertise in RCC, waterproofing, blockwork, finishing, faade, and architectural interpretation.

- Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, BOQ verification, and contractor management.

- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder handling and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to LEAN practices, green building standards, and IMS systems is an added advantage.
