Role: Assistant General Manager/General Manager - Investor Relations

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Senior Manager/CEO

Role Summary:

The role involves positioning the company strategically with analysts, investors, shareholders, and rating agencies. You will provide end-to-end support for investor engagement, earnings cycles, and financial communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.

- Respond to queries from equity and debt investors, analysts, and shareholders.

- Review analyst reports and maintain consensus estimates.

- Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, including scripts and Q&A preparation.

- Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, and press releases.

- Benchmark peer performance across financial and operating metrics.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) regulations and insider trading norms.

- Support the CEO Office on strategic initiatives and board presentations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for investor-grade presentations.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling.

- Strong financial acumen in BFSI/NBFC metrics (NIM, GNPA, ROA/ROE).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
