Assistant General Manager/General Manager - Accounts & Finance - Manufacturing Industry - CA

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to join a growing manufacturing sports goods organization.

This role is part of the executive leadership team and will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future, with a strong focus on Accounts & Finance .

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering :

- Partner with the MD and Board on financial strategy, growth plans, and capital allocation

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Support expansion initiatives, new projects, and investment decisions

Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure full compliance & regulations requirements

- Oversee financial reporting, board/audit committee presentations, and disclosures

- Lead annual reporting including financial statements and governance reports

Treasury & Working Capital :

- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital optimization

- Drive efficient capital structure and cost of funds

Financial Control & Systems:

- Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and internal controls

- Strengthen ERP, MIS, and financial reporting systems

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing companies

- Strong track record in Accounting & Financial Management

- Good understanding of SEBI regulations, Ind AS, and capital markets

- Proven expertise in treasury, banking, and financial strategy

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Spoken Tamil Language is Mandatory

- Candidates From Chennai 1st Preferred .
