Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support fundraising activities for projects and business initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other funding partners.

- Support the organization in identifying and securing appropriate sources of project finance.

- Prepare and analyze detailed financial models, business cases, and investment proposals.

- Navigate complex financial models and conduct financial analysis to support due diligence and investment decisions.

- Evaluate project financial performance, funding requirements, returns, risks, and commercial viability.

- Prepare investor presentations, financial information, and supporting documentation for fundraising activities.

- Coordinate with internal Investment, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising transactions.

- Support investor discussions, negotiations, information requests, and ongoing communication.

- Assist with financial due diligence and respond to investor queries related to financial performance and project economics.

- Track fundraising pipelines, investor engagement, and transaction progress.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial and investor-related information.

Required Candidate Profile:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or related areas.

- Proven experience in fundraising and investor relationship management.

- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.

- Ability to understand and navigate complex financial models.

- Experience supporting financial due diligence and investment evaluation.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work closely with senior investors and internal leadership.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Dynamic, proactive, and commercially oriented personality.

- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

- Candidates with experience in project finance, private equity, investment banking, real estate/infrastructure fundraising, or corporate fundraising will be preferred.
