Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance & Fundraising:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's vision for growth.

- Identify, evaluate, and secure funding/investment opportunities (equity, debt, venture capital, etc.).

- Cultivate relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.

Financial Management:

- Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to maintain financial stability.

- Track key financial metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.

Payroll & Compliance:

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements taxation, labor laws, and financial regulations.

- Lead preparation and submission of audits, annual returns, and regulatory documentation.

Financial Reporting & Statements:

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.

- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure audit readiness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic and operational goals.

- Actively participate in company planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA certified.- Must

- 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity.

- Proven track record in fundraising and sourcing external capital.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting, payroll, and compliance.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
