Key Responsibilities:
- Drive fundraising initiatives to secure finance for projects and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other funding partners.
- Work closely with investors throughout the fundraising and investment lifecycle.
- Develop, review, and analyze complex financial models.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis to support investment decisions and due diligence.
- Evaluate project financials, funding requirements, returns, and investment structures.
- Coordinate with internal Investment, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to support fundraising activities.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial information, and supporting documentation.
- Support investor communications, queries, negotiations, and information requirements.
- Monitor fundraising pipelines and ensure timely closure of funding transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis and scenario modelling to assess project viability and funding opportunities.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in fundraising and investor relationship management.
- Strong understanding of project finance and funding requirements.
- Excellent ability to navigate and analyze complex financial models.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting financial due diligence and investment evaluation.
- Strong coordination skills with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
- Dynamic and proactive personality with strong ownership and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
