Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements; ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and tax filings.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

2. MIS & Analytics:

- Develop and manage MIS to track financial performance; analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.

3. Audits (Statutory & Internal) & Controls:

- Manage statutory and internal audits; implement corrective actions; maintain and improve internal financial controls and SOPs.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead budgeting and forecasting; monitor budget vs. actuals and recommend corrective actions.

5. Tax & Assessments:

- Oversee tax assessments and ensure timely resolution of disputes and notices.

6. Insurance & Asset Management:

- Administer insurance portfolio; maintain Fixed Assets Register (FAR); conduct periodic audits and asset verifications.

7. Capex, Opex & Imprest:

- Manage Capex and Opex budgets; monitor project spends and operational efficiency; ensure proper reconciliation of imprest accounts.
