Assistant General Manager - Finance - CA/ACCA

Job Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA

- Should have a proven and consistent track record of 3+ years' experience in FP&A role

- Total experience in Finance 7-10 years

- Preferable from Construction; Real estate and Infrastructure industry

- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills

- Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills

Job Overview:

Financial analysis and reporting:

- Manage financial aspects, including reporting, budgeting, and internal controls

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements

- Identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making

- Develop and manage the annual budget

- Monitor budget performance in collaboration with department heads

- Monitor valuations on periodic intervals

Audit and compliance:

- Ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements

- Driving financial and tax due diligence for new acquisitions

Leadership and relationship:

- Collaborate with statutory, internal auditors, tax advisors, and valuers

- Mentor the finance team, providing guidance and feedback
