Assistant General Manager - Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Functional Accounting: Oversee financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

2. Financial Operations: Manage financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth.

4. Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA)

2. Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably with experience of managing a team

Key Skills:

1. ERP Proficiency: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

2. Financial Planning: Strong financial planning and analysis skills

3. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and laws in India
