Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Corporate Treasury, Fund Raising, Debt Syndication, Forex Management, and FP&A to join our finance leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large debt portfolios, multi-bank consortiums, and driving financial strategy in large manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large debt portfolios and multi-bank consortiums.

- Lead fund raising activities, treasury operations, and forex hedging.

- Oversee budgeting, MIS, financial modeling, and prepare board presentations.

- Ensure compliance with CRISIL/ICRA ratings, FEMA, and RBI regulations.

- Drive FP&A initiatives, leveraging SAP FI/CO, Advanced Excel, and AI-driven finance automation tools.

Preferred Background:

- Chartered Accountants from first attempt with strong analytical and strategic skills.

- Proven track record in corporate treasury and fund management.

- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO and financial modeling.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in corporate finance
