Job Title: AGM - Export Sales (CTC / PICC)

Job Description:

The role is responsible for driving export sales and business development for Continuously Transposed Conductors (CTC) and Paper Insulated Copper Conductors (PICC). The candidate will focus on expanding global market presence, developing new customers, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the transformer and power industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive export business development and achieve sales volume targets for CTC and PICC products.

- Identify and develop new international customers and markets to expand business reach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular interaction and visits (including select domestic clients for relationship building).

- Track and analyze market trends in the export transformer industry, including competitor activities and pricing strategies.

- Provide regular market intelligence and updates to management.

- Leverage technical knowledge of the power and transformer industry to support customer discussions and business growth.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, technical clarifications, and timely delivery.
