Job Description:
- The person would handle HR operation ( HR compliance, payroll , C&B ) and HR strategy ( talent management, OD, PMS, competency framework)
- Person should have union/ IR exposure.
- Lead initiatives in Organizational Development (OD) and Talent Management to strengthen workforce capabilities.
- Design and implement strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Drive employee development programs, succession planning, and leadership interventions.
- Work with various assessment and psychometric tools to support talent evaluation and growth.
- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to create a high-performance culture.
