Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Project Finance - Roads

About the role:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Project Finance activities including structuring, raising, and managing long-term debt for infrastructure assets. The role involves working closely with banks, financial institutions, infrastructure funds and other lenders for debt syndication, refinancing, and treasury management. The incumbent will also ensure ongoing compliance with financing documents, manage cash flows across projects, and support funding requirements across the infrastructure portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Review and negotiating of the debt financing documents

2. Maintain relationship with banks, Infrastructure funds, FI, AMC, Insurance, PF and other potential lenders for Escrow/TRA Banking, transaction processing and treasury management

3. Complete Treasury Management along with cash flow analysis for the entire portfolio; yield distribution to investors; highlighting funding requirement in any project assets; etc

4. Monitoring compliance of all loan documents

5. MIS for all borrowings, investments, bank balances

6. Lead SAP for all treasury related activities including borrowings

7. Lead mid office and back-office function and drive automation function to achieve efficiency and accuracy in operations and zero error on compliance

8. Maintaining relationships and liaisonsing with credit rating agencies for rating renewals

9. Issue, allotment and listing of secured/unsecured, listed/unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures and pre and post disbursement compliance with the conditions of Debenture Trust Deed

10. Knowledge of raising ECB and related compliances

11. Monitoring project's commercial progress and performance; negotiating and coordinating with contractors/vendors/Trustees for desired outcomes

12. Preparing presentations for borrowings and treasury related activities
