Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Product Marketing - Data Center & Racks

About:

- Graduate in Engineering & Preferably MBA

- 10 years of work experience in Product Marketing (5+ years in Data center Racks, containment solutions and MDC). Proven experience in product management/ product marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generate new ideas & implement strategies that grow market share, improve customer experience & drive growth

- Product Life Cycle Management: New + Existing

- New Product Introduction & Development

- Identify & fill product gaps

- Product pricing + positioning strategies

- Drive actions to improve profitability

- Collaborate with Marcom for new sales tools ( catalogues / PLs / kits) , launches & exhibitions

- Handle technical queries

- Drive sales support

- Impart product knowledge to sales/ tech teams

- Competition benchmarking & Training

- Market knowledge

- Coordination with cross-functional teams - SCM/ R&D/ others
