Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Operations - Project Cluster Lead to lead the delivery of 3 - 4 concurrent commercial interior / fit-out projects within a region. The role will oversee project delivery, site execution, quality, timelines, budgets, client satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards; review project plans.
- BOQs, procurement schedules and contractor selections; conduct project reviews and resolve execution challenges; manage key client interactions, milestone reviews and escalations; conduct site visits and monitor execution quality; support Project Managers in resolving technical and site issues; monitor project progress, billing milestones and receivables; lead and mentor Project Managers / APMs; coordinate with Design, Procurement and Finance teams; ensure adherence to SOPs and project processes; drive corrective actions for budget overruns, delays and quality issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 14 years of experience in project delivery, project management or site management, preferably in commercial interiors, fit-outs or construction.
- Strong experience in multiple project management, site execution, drawings, BOQ, procurement, contractor management, billing and project controls.
- Excellent client management, stakeholder coordination and team leadership skills.
