Description: 8 HOUR HR CONSULTANTS IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR NON EB SALES PROFESSIONALS FOR ONE OF ITS VALUABLE CLIENTS WHO IS INTO REINSURANCE AND BROKING


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales/Business Development Managers to achieve organizational sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies for Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) products.

Team Management:

- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the teams success in B2B sales.

- Act as a liaison between the frontline sales team and senior management to align goals and strategies.

Market Development:

- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the companys footprint in the reinsurance sector.

- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.

Revenue Growth:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve team output.

- Ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded by driving sales efforts across all assigned regions.

Client Management:

- Actively engage with high-profile clients to build and sustain relationships at senior levels.

- Oversee the delivery of tailored reinsurance solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Efficiency:

- Ensure the sales team adheres to internal policies, compliance standards, and timelines.

- Streamline processes for efficient client servicing and faster deal closures.

Key Requirements:


- Education: Graduate with an MBA, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:


- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB).

- Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Deep understanding of local market dynamics and client needs.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute actionable sales plans.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
