Job Description - This role will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise- wide Learning & Development and Talent Management strategies aligned with company's fast- growing renewable energy business. The position will drive capability building, leadership development, and organization- wide performance maturity to support the company's scale and sustainability ambitions.

The company is a leading Indian renewable energy company specializing in solar energy, agricultural waste- to- energy conversion, solar module and cell manufacturing, and sustainable infrastructure development. The company is recognized for its mission to drive clean, affordable, and scalable energy solutions, reshaping India's energy landscape through innovation and responsible environmental practices.

Description:

- Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Design and execute talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain top talent.


- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.


- Oversee the succession planning process and career development frameworks.


- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards in all HR practices.


- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.


- Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on HR best practices and trends.


Profile:

A successful AGM/DGM - L&D and TM should have:

- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Proven expertise in learning and development and talent management within the Agriculture & Forestry sector.


- Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Proficiency in implementing and managing training programs and development plans.


- Experience in working within the Energy & Natural Resources industry is desirable.


- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
