Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead the organization's IT infrastructure, cloud environment, network, and cybersecurity. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and support business growth through reliable and secure technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network, and data center operations.

- Lead cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud migration projects.

- Ensure high system availability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

- Implement cybersecurity measures and maintain IT compliance.

- Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and service agreements.

- Prepare and monitor the IT budget.

- Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure and support team.

- Support ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and other business applications.

- Drive IT projects and infrastructure improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in manufacturing, steel, mining, or heavy industry is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, servers, storage, and cybersecurity.

- Experience with ITSM tools and ERP integration is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS / Azure Certification

- ITIL

- CCNP

- PMP (Preferred)
