Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Investor Relations professional to manage and strengthen relationships with institutional investors and key capital market stakeholders across the South Zone. The role will focus on driving investor engagement, enhancing market perception, and influencing investment decisions in the company's equity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Investors (DIIs/FIIs), AIFs, Family Offices, and HNI's across the South Zone

- Lead investor communication, including earnings discussions, investor presentations, and strategic messaging

- Act as a key interface between the company and the investment community, ensuring consistent and compelling communication

- Support capital market activities and provide insights on investor sentiment, market trends, and competitive positioning

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Strategy, Leadership) to align messaging with business performance and growth plans

- Drive investor outreach initiatives including roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a reputed management institute / CA / CFA

- 13+ years of experience in Investor Relations / Buy Side / Capital Markets

- Strong exposure to Renewable / Power / Utility sector will be preferred

- Proven track record of managing relationships with DII's, FII's, AIF's, Family Offices, and HNIs

- Deep understanding of capital markets, equity story building, and investor expectations

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence investment decisions
