Competency Profile:
- B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) + MBA - Marketing
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience in the cable, conductor, or electrical segment-preferably with aluminum, alloy conductor, or OPGW.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an industrial or technical product environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting platforms.
- Good leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital safety management systems.
