Job Summary

looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead the Human Resources operations at our large-scale manufacturing facility in Erode, Tamil Nadu.

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including compliance, statutory, manpower planning, and employee engagement for a 1500+ headcount.

This is a key leadership role with strong emphasis on people management, local labour law knowledge, and HR operational excellence.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities


- Lead and manage full-scope HR operations across the manufacturing unit.


- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, retention, and exit formalities.

- Ensure 100% statutory and legal compliance Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.

- Maintain industrial peace by addressing grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS processes tailored to factory operations.

- Coordinate manpower planning with production and department heads.

- Supervise time office, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR MIS reporting.

- Handle audits, compliance inspections, and HR documentation.


- Promote employee welfare, health & safety, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

- Drive employee communication and engagement across all worker categories.


Required Knowledge


- Tamil Nadu Labour Laws & Factory Act


- Statutory Compliance PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus

- Industrial Relations & Worker Communication

- Factory Time Office & Payroll Coordination

- Policy Drafting & Implementation

- Factory Training Coordination (Safety, Induction, etc.)

- HRMS & MIS Reporting Tools


Education Qualification: MBA

Additional Requirements


- Must be a Tamil-speaking native, preferably from Erode or surrounding districts.


- Experience in managing large factory headcount (1000+ employees).

- Willing to operate from factory location full-time.

- Preference to candidates from Textile / Garments / Manufacturing industry
