Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Strategy - Real Estate

Opportunity to work with North India's largest unlisted Real Estate Developer and develop upon cross-functional knowledge across construction, design,finance and sales

Prior REAL ESTATE experience Mandatory

Role:

1. Asset Management - Preserve/Enhance profitability

2. Business Planning - Prepare business plan and monthly / quarterly performance tracking

3. New Launches - Anchor new launches across projects, sales and design

4. Risk Management- Flagging & resolving risks to protect profitability

5. Strategic Initiatives - Program management for key initiatives with long term business impact

6. Market Research - Follow real estate trends to capture evolving market trends

Qualification:

- Post-Graduation from Premier B-School with at least 5+ years of experience in Real Estate

OR

- CA / CFA with 7+ years' experience in business focused role in Real Estate Industry.
