Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Process Engineering

Operation Excellence:

- Meet daily production, quality and energy KPIs; reduce specific power & steam consumption year-on-year.

- Must bring hands-on work in chemical-plant operations and project execution-running daily production of continuous units

Process Safety & Compliance:

- Implement PSM, HAZOP & MOC; achieve zero LTI and zero statutory non-conformance

Trouble Shooting:

- Resolve process issues quickly and systematically

- Drive Lean/Six-Sigma projects, digital dashboards and APC; deliver cost savings.

People Development:

- Mentor the team, run skill-matrix & SOP certification, and build the talent pipeline for future production managers.

Stakeholder Interface:

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain
