Job profile:

Own the end-to-end evaluation, selection, implementation and adoption of enterprise AI platforms to solve priority business use cases. Translate business process needs into fit-for-purpose solutions and deliver measurable gains in productivity, turnaround time and business outcomes.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

- Business use-case assessment - Understand business workflows, identify AI opportunities, prioritize use cases and define expected outcomes.

- Platform evaluation - Benchmark market-leading AI platforms through fit-gap assessments, demos and pilots; evaluate capability, integration, security, scale and cost.

- Implementation ownership - Lead requirements, solution design, vendor delivery, configuration, integrations, testing and go-live.

- Stakeholder & vendor coordination - Act as the bridge between business teams, IT and providers; manage delivery issues and post-implementation support.

- Business adoption - Drive user onboarding, training, process change and sustained usage across functions.

- Value realization - Set and track KPIs for adoption, productivity, turnaround time, quality and ROI; optimize to achieve targeted business benefits.

- Governance - Ensure platforms align with enterprise data security, privacy and responsible AI standards.
