Job Title: DGM – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Preferred Industry: Heavy Engineering/oil & gas/Metal/ Energy

Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

Location: Mumbai

Education & Experience:

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) – Preferred

- 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Controlling

- Experience in multi-site, multi-geography or multi-country environments

- Exposure to digital FP&A tools and analytics platforms

About the Role:

The DGM - FP&A will lead the organisation’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis functions. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive financial insights, strengthen business decision-making, and ensure financial discipline across business units. The position requires strong financial modelling capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

- KPI/Unit Economics Frameworks

- Working Capital & Cash Flow Analysis

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

- Strong financial modelling & analytical expertise

- Advanced Excel; proficiency in Power BI/Tableau

- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow & unit economics

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management

- Knowledge of costing, capex evaluation & ROI analysis

- Experience with SAP/ERP platforms

Behavioural Competencies:

- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication & presentation skills

- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions
