Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our leadership team in Indore as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager of Finance & Accounts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire financial health of the organization, acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve directing complex accounting operations, ensuring rigorous financial compliance, and driving robust fiscal planning that aligns with our long-term growth objectives. You will collaborate extensively with internal department heads, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to maintain financial integrity. By providing actionable insights and maintaining stringent internal controls, you will directly influence the companys profitability, capital allocation, and overall business sustainability in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end financial accounting and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements for senior management review.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles to provide the board with a clear roadmap for resource allocation and revenue optimization.

- Manage complex tax planning and compliance strategies to mitigate financial risk and ensure the organization remains in good standing with regulatory authorities.

- Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management to ensure the company maintains optimal liquidity for operational and expansion needs.

- Mentor and lead the finance team to foster a culture of high performance, technical excellence, and continuous process improvement.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and provide data-driven financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in financial reporting standards, corporate taxation, and audit management, backed by a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse business units.

- Possess advanced analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, strategic business narratives.

- Maintain a high level of professional integrity and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving systemic financial risks.

- Show proficiency in navigating large-scale ERP systems and financial modeling tools to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.

- Adapt seamlessly to an on-site work environment in Indore, maintaining a hands-on presence to lead local teams and engage directly with site operations.

- Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
