Job Title: Head Operations (Facilities Management)


Location: Noida


Experience: Minimum 18+ Years (Facilities / Building Management Industry Mandatory)


Role Overview:


We are looking for a seasoned and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operations in the Facilities Management domain. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and operational excellence across diverse segments such as commercial spaces, malls, airports, hospitals, hotels, and residential complexes.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple sites and business units


- Ensure efficient delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services (soft & hard services)


- Drive operational excellence, service quality, and client satisfaction


- Manage and take ownership of P&L (Profit & Loss) for the operations function


- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices


- Handle client relationship management and ensure contract compliance


- Identify and drive new business opportunities and business acquisition


- Collaborate with the business development team for tenders, proposals, and expansions


- Lead, mentor, and manage large cross-functional teams across locations


- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements


- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives


Key Requirements:


- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Facilities Management / Building Management


- Proven experience managing operations in commercial spaces, malls, airports, hospitals, hotels, and residential complexes


- Strong exposure to Business Development & New Client Acquisition


- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multi-site operations


- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L management


- Ability to handle high-value clients and complex contracts


- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills


- Experience in handling IFM services (Soft & Hard Services)


Preferred Profile:


- Experience with reputed Facilities Management companies


- Strong network in corporate, real estate, and infrastructure sectors


- MBA / Engineering background preferred
