We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant General Manager to oversee CRM operations across our managed workspaces in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will lead the revenue strategy, drive enterprise account acquisitions, and build high-performance sales teams aligned with our brand vision and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the overall CRM strategy across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
- Lead the CRM team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and SME clients.
- Develop and execute client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and brand positioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to refine strategy.
- Work closely with operations and real estate teams to align workspace availability with market demand.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of B2B CRM experience, preferably in real estate, coworking, or commercial leasing.
- Proven track record of scaling regional or multi-city sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and client relationship management.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
