We're hiring for our client, a well established and rapidly growing brand Food and Beverage brand in Delhi. As the Lead, you'll own the brand's creative direction, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while delivering bold, engaging campaigns. This role calls for strong brand storytelling and visual design skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft content that drives awareness and deepens customer engagement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive the brand's creative vision, ensuring it reflects the mission, values, and resonates with the target audience.
- Design and implement creative strategies for integrated campaigns across digital, print, in-store, packaging, and events.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process from concept development to execution, delivering cohesive, impactful content that connects with consumers.
- Partner with the marketing team to craft innovative campaigns, both online and offline, for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Supervise the production of high-quality visual assets for all marketing efforts, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Lead both design and copy teams, ensuring all content consistently aligns with the creative vision and reinforces the brand's premium positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- 8-10 years in creative leadership, delivering impactful campaigns (F&B/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong portfolio in visual storytelling and premium brand design
- Solid grasp of branding, consumer psychology, and digital marketing trends
