Purpose: The role will be responsible for leading goal setting process reviews, auditing of goal sheets and performance appraisal forms and giving insights to management on the quality of goal sheet and performance standards. This role will also spearhead the annual staffing plan for critical businesses/functions, organization design studies and perform job evaluations with accuracy and timeliness. Key Accountabilities: Performance Goal Setting and Process Audit for Corporate Services Sector Companies - Lead the process and will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current appraisal forms for Senior Leadership Team - Drive the goal setting process and ensure Goals and KPIs are SMART and are aligned with AOP. - Monitor and drive progress of completion of goal sheets and carry out Pre-Audit process. - Further Improvement of performance process, identification of gaps and implementation of actions arising from audits. - Conduct and lead Goal Setting Workshops for leadership. - Review Mid-year/Annual completion and ensure dialogue between manager and employees. Drive Workforce planning/Annual Staffing plan for specific businesses- Corporate Sector businesses - Assess the annual manpower requirements for business units based on zero based budgeting and provide inputs to finalize Human Capital budget. - Assess Manpower requirements on need basis in various scenarios such as new projects, divestments, merger etc. Organization Design Studies and Job Evaluations - Conduct organization design studies independently. - To undertake productivity evaluation and exercise due diligence for each position before recommending for hiring. - To discuss the recommendation of OD studies with concerned CHRO. - To monitor the progress of the Organisation design studies being conducted by External consultants and address their issues. - To manage the Job Evaluation process of allocated business units and functions as a point of contact. Benchmarking and reporting - Benchmark & formulate policies & processes, programs and practices. - Lead policy revisions to remain contextual and as per company needs. - Lead studies of Various Performance standards in coordination with external consultants. - Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to management. Compensation & Benefits - Lead annual increment and variable pay cycle for the group through market benchmarking, analysis, policy decisions, budget projections, approval and implementation. - Lead the Market Benchmarking exercise with identified partners, design of Pay-Ranges, Reward Philosophy for the group which includes LTI Plans, Incentive Schemes and Performance Rewards. - Drive the organizational total rewards competence & capability for the group. - Lead the development and implementation of reward strategies, plans & policies to ensure employee wellbeing. - Review, analyze and implement any change in law in the areas of Wages and Statutory Compliances across the group. - Drive global mobility through comp fitment - country specific policies/comp structures, special incentive schemes and other programs. Payroll, Audit and Compliances - Monthly Payroll inputs - Ensuring compliance related to salary corrections, promotions, special incentives and other payouts - Ensuring audits of annual increments/variable payouts and ensuring sign-off as a part of governance process
