About the role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Leader for the Corporate function and Leadership Hiring. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will lead the end-to-end recruitment for critical Corporate Functions and leadership roles. You will act as a talent consultant to our senior-most stakeholders, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our team.

Responsibilities:

Leadership Hiring:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corporate Functions across departments and Leadership positions.

- Execute sophisticated headhunting strategies, moving beyond job boards to engage passive, high-profile talent.

- Own the "Candidate Experience," ensuring a highly professional engagement process that reflects our brand's prestige.

Senior Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a strategic partner to the Corporate function, CEO, Board Members, and Business Heads.

- Provide data-driven insights on market mapping, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to influence hiring decisions.

- Manage complex interview loops and facilitate "buy-in" from diverse internal leadership teams.

Strategic Market Mapping:

- Conduct deep-dive research and competitive intelligence to map out leadership structures of top-tier firms.

- Build and maintain a "Long-Term Pipeline" for all corporate departments across levels and future leadership successions.

Offer Governance & Negotiation:

- Design complex executive offer constructs, including fixed components, performance bonuses, and equity (ESOPs).

- Lead high-stakes negotiations to efficiently close top-tier candidates.

Requirements:

- Experience: 8 to 12 years of core experience in Corporate functions and Leadership/Executive Hiring.

- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for assessing culture-fit at a corporate and leadership level.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

- An analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
