About the Role:

We are looking for an AGM Business Integration to work closely with the leadership team and directly support the Director in driving business execution, project governance, financial performance, and strategic initiatives. The role demands a strong understanding of cross-functional coordination, financial management, contract compliance, and the ability to serve as the central point of accountability across multiple projects and stakeholders.

This position is ideal for professionals with a solid background in project execution, business operations, and stakeholder management who can convert strategic goals into operational action on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the bridge between the Director and internal/external teams, ensuring smooth execution of key business initiatives

- Monitor end-to-end execution of geospatial/mapping/data projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals

- Support financial functions: budget preparation, cost tracking, invoicing, and variance reporting

- Review and interpret project contracts, guide teams on compliance and execution

- Provide regular project dashboards, MIS, and strategic updates to senior management

- Identify operational gaps, propose corrective actions, and drive process improvements

- Manage cross-functional dependencies, align internal teams, and coordinate with external stakeholders

- Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained across all ongoing projects

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 12 years of experience in project execution/ business integration roles, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, or geospatial services

- Hands-on exposure to financial tracking, budgeting, bidding, and contract compliance

- Strong experience working directly with CXO or Director-level leadership

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, SharePoint, and Smartsheets

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities

- Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment

- Engineering background with an MBA from a reputed institute preferred
