Work Description:
They are seeking a dynamic professional with excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling business with OEMs (100-200 Cr scale), strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic marketing and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
- Update enquiry and order registers, ensuring seamless coordination with production for planning.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, capturing feedback, complaints, and grievances for resolution.
- Conduct post-order contract reviews, issue acknowledgements, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Address and resolve issues related to short supplies, damages, or product non-conformity.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products with proper quality checks and documentation.
- Coordinate process and final inspections/testing with PPC for smooth dispatches.
- Track invoices, resolve discrepancies, and follow up for timely customer payments.
- Monitor customer schedules, forecast requirements, and anticipate delivery risks.
- Conduct customer intelligence activities to maintain a strong competitive edge.
